The CFIDS Association of America has announced the existence of the Good Deed Foundation. According to the CFIDS Association, it is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was founded by Sally Mobilio. She is a 37 year old woman with CFIDS. The foundation announced that it is providing financial assistance to PWCs.

Award applications must be completed and notarized by the requesters and their health providers. Health providers include "traditional" medical doctors, "natural" health doctors and suppliers of natural health supplement/vitamins. All applications are reviewed by our Board of Directors. Awards are given on a quarterly basis. Awards are chosen solely on need, without regard to nationality, race, age or religious beliefs.

The Good Deeds Foundation has three major programs:

financial assistance to the ill/disabled ("Wishing u Well")
the encouraging of good deeds ("The Bridge of Hearts" program)
"Fountain of Wisdom" program, where the foundation provides tuition assistance for parochial schools or private schools of any religious denomination.

The smallest good deed is greater than the biggest intention. CFIDS sufferer and President Sally K. Mobilio is 100% committed to encouraging good deeds, and to alleviating financial burdens in the lives of ill and disabled individuals.
