Join us for a general Q&A with Dr. Larry Sharp and Jennifer Fix. Topics will include discussion of Lyrica and FDA approval for fibromyalgia, Hormone Replacement Therapy compounding, and an organizational update. Bring your questions on these topics and others.

About Larry Sharp
Dr. Larry Sharp has been in practice since 1985 as a board certified Family Practitioner, and is an Associate Professor at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. He is intimately aware of chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome as his wife and son have the illness.
Dr. Sharp has worked with Dr. Paul Cheney and is familiar with the Cheney treatment protocol. He follows current research in the field and most recently has been working with Dr. William Cowden, a nationally known doctor who treats a variety of conditions including Lyme Disease and CFIDS.
At Dr. Sharp's clinic located in Fort Worth, TX, he practices integrative medicine with an emphasis on wellness.
Dr. Sharp is a member of the Board of Directors of the CFS/FM Support Group of DFW and has served for the past several years. He is also a member of the International Association for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (IACFS), as well as the CFIDS Association of America and the National CFIDS Foundation. Prior to opening his current clinic, Dr Sharp also served for two years as Medical Director for the Fort Worth Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Center, Inc.
About Jennifer Fix
Jennifer Fix, BS, MBA, RPha received her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy in 1985 from Drake University followed by her Masters Degree in Business Administration in 1986. She is president of Jen-Rx Inc. and owner of the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Haltom City.
Jennifer was awarded the American Pharmacists Association Good Government Pharmacist of the Year award in 2007 and currently serves as director of the Texas Pharmacy Association and Academy of Independent Pharmacists, as well as preceptor for the University of Texas and Drake University. Recently she was presented with the Drake University 2008 Alumni Achievement Award for her service to the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, distinction in her career and recognized civic and community contributions.
Jennifer also serves as Board Member and Secretary of the CFS/FM Support Group of DFW.
